    What are the Rompers made of?

    "Our rompers are made of 97% cotton and 3% elastane. The drool-resistant layer features a TPU membrane that is fully encased in 100% soft cotton on the inside."
    Are there silicone walking grips on all sizes?

    "Our non-slip silicone walking grips are fitted to our Size 0, 1, and 2 rompers. They are designed to provide extra grip and help support your little walker as they take steps across smooth surfaces."
    What size should I order?

    We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide before placing your order. Because we operate a strict no change of mind policy for hygiene reasons, please measure your baby’s height and weight carefully. If your baby is between sizes, we suggest sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit.
    How long will delivery take, and how can I track my order?

    "Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times depend on your location within Australia. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates provided by postal carriers and are not guaranteed."
    Where are your products manufactured?

    "Our products are designed right here in Perth, Western Australia. We selected our overseas manufacturing partner after careful research and testing to ensure they meet our custom design specifications and high quality standards. We believe every family should have access to premium, affordable protection for their little one."
    What should I do if my romper arrives with a fault?

    Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault. Please contact us at admin@bibibaby.com.au within a reasonable time of noticing the issue with your order number and photo evidence. We will review your claim and cover all return shipping costs for verified faulty items.
    What is the Refund & Returns Policy?

    Change of Mind Policy

    Due to strict hygiene and health standards for baby clothing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or change of preference. Please refer carefully to our sizing guides before completing your purchase.

    Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    Our no-change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at admin@bibibaby.com.au with your order number and photo evidence of the issue so we can make it right.

     Consumer Guarantees: If an item has a major fault—including unexpected failure or damage when washed strictly according to the care label instructions—you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

     Shipping Costs for Defective Goods: If an item is verified as faulty or incorrect, BibiBaby will cover all return shipping costs and refund any original delivery fees.

     Original Packaging: Original packaging is not required to return an item that is genuinely faulty or defective under consumer law.

    Refund Process

    Once your faulty return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to admin@bibibaby.com.au.

    Unclaimed Parcels

    If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or an incorrect delivery address was provided, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees will apply to resend unclaimed parcels.
    What does drool-proof / drool-resistant actually mean? Is it waterproof?

    No, we don't make baby raincoats—we don't claim to be 100% waterproof, because we aren't!

    Our BibiBaby Rompers feature a drool-resistant design to help reduce constant dampness. Only the 3-layer chest panel (all rompers) and the fold-over hand and foot covers (Only all-season rompers) include a water-resistant layer. The rest of the romper is made from our breathable, 190gsm cotton.

    Because we prioritize lightweight, breathable, and comfortable fabric for sensitive skin, there are realistic limits:

    Unsealed Seams: Seams are sewn tight to help reduce leaks, but they are not sealed and cannot be 100% leak-proof.

    Heavy Liquid: A sudden flood of drool, milk, or prolonged chewing can eventually soak through, especially along seam lines.

    Every Baby is Different: Dribble volume varies from child to child.

    How to get the best results:
    Check the inside of the chest panel, mitts, and foot covers every few hours. If damp, fold them open to air out or change into a fresh romper. For heavy dribblers, this may be needed more frequently.

    Our design was tested in-house for everyday dribbles to help prevent wet fabric from sitting against your baby's chest all day and to help keep their skin feeling drier and more comfortable. However, we do not guarantee it will keep a baby completely dry in all conditions.
    If you have feedback, we genuinely want to hear it—we are always looking for ways to improve.
